The chanting process of this perticular mantra only provides the quality of purity in the Human thought system. The Vibrations of this perticular mantra purifies each and every matter present in and arround the body in all states. As the body takes its birth from the muladhara chakra, it is said to be impure in nature till it purifies itself in this universe by the chanting process of this perticular mantra.
At the time of Satyuga the humans were pure in nature so they were called as Rishis. Lac of this perticular quality in human thought system has only made humans tamo guni from Sato guni. The purification is the prime requirement of human body and is only attained by chanting of this perticular Vedic mantra.
